1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must remain attached.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation number or email) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final Sale / Clearance items.
• Gift cards.

3. Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Care team at support@thechloemelbourne.com with your order number.
2. Our team will provide a return authorization and address within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to our designated return warehouse.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of inspection.
